Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or business development role
- At least 6 months' experience in a dealing, trading or financial services environment
- Proven ability to generate new business through outbound prospecting and pipeline management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage client relationships
- Confidence in managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a commercial mindset
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing multiple client accounts
- Basic understanding of international payments and foreign exchange products (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Ability to operate within defined risk, pricing and compliance frameworks
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
