Communication and Change Management lead

Equifax is seeking a Communication and Change Management Lead to create and lead the execution of end-to-end Organizational Change Management and communication plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing leaders and employees to embrace and adopt changes resulting from various significant initiatives.

Requirements

• Conducting organizational change management assessments and building organizational change management plans
• Conducting and coordinating the activities required in the change management plan
• Identifying resistance gaps and developing solutions to address
• Participating in project planning and execution
• Supporting building organizational change management capability
