Job Description
As a Scrum Master, you will lead and facilitate Agile teams, champion team understanding and adherence to Agile principles, and collaborate closely with product owners to ensure business objectives are met. You will also provide transparent metrics and regular team health status updates, and mentor team members in the adoption and consistent application of Agile/Scrum best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2-5 years of professional experience in managing technology projects
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master managing Agile projects
- Scrum Master Certification is preferred
