Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master at Equifax, you will lead and facilitate Scrum teams, champion Agile best practices, and mentor team members in the adoption and consistent application of Agile/Scrum principles. You will also provide transparent metrics and regular team health status updates, and utilize Jira proficiently to create insightful dashboards and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 2-5 years of professional experience in managing technology projects
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master managing Agile projects using Scrum or Kanban
• Scrum Master Certification is preferred
• Google Cloud Certification
