Job Description
Equip is seeking a Payor Partnerships Manager to serve as a trusted partner for health plans, responsible for year-over-year retention, growth, value delivery, and expansion. The role requires strong relationships and support contracting conversations, as well as project management skills and analytical abilities to generate program KPIs and insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Previous experience in mental health working with Managed Care Organizations
- Proven experience working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver against aggressive project timelines using project management tools and processes
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong working relationships and navigate various roles and responsibilities within complex organizations
