Equip is the leading virtual, evidence-based eating disorder treatment program. The Payor Solutions Director will lead Equip’s market growth strategy by expanding access in key Medicaid markets and evolving the value proposition with legacy partners.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, managed care, consulting, or growth roles.
- Deep Medicaid experience, ideally from a health plan (MCO) environment.
- Prior consulting background (strategy, healthcare advisory, or similar) strongly preferred.
- Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills with demonstrated comfort engaging with senior health plan stakeholders.
- Experience with contracting, sales support, and go-to-market strategies.
- Proficient in data analysis to drive strategic and operational decisions.
