Payor Partnerships, Senior Manager

The Senior Manager, Payor Partnerships is a strategic leader responsible for driving the growth and success of Equip's most critical health plan relationships. The role requires a seasoned healthcare leader who thrives on hitting individual growth milestones while elevating the performance of a high-functioning team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in roles of Account/Client Management, Customer Success, and/or Business Development within the Healthcare industry
• 2+ years of people management experience, with a proven track record of coaching team members to hit performance targets
• Proven record of growing a book of business sustainably and consistently
• Experience owning and managing multiple concurrent relationships with a diverse client base while navigating through ambiguity and shifting priorities
