Requirements

• Lead by example and inspire others to perform to their highest potential
• Build a team, recruiting, hiring, training, and developing amazing people
• Ensure maximum sales performance at multiple locations
• Monitor sales metrics, including fleet utilization, territory coverage, and customer satisfaction
• Effectively communicate information to the sales team and provide action items to improve issues
• Establish reasonable and measurable goals with well-defined expectations for the sales team members
• Manage and support job site activities and projects with remote and on-site involvement
