We're hiring a Site Manager at our Tooling Solutions rental site in Monaca, PA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years rental industry experience and strong leadership and people management skills.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years rental industry experience
• Industrial tooling experience / knowledge is highly preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Adaptability and continuous education on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
