Site Manager

EquipmentShare is hiring a Site Manager at our Tooling Solutions rental site in El Paso, TX. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong customer relationships, oversee inventory accuracy, and perform various operational tasks to support a safe and efficient industrial tooling site.

Requirements

• 5 years rental industry experience
• Industrial tooling experience/knowledge is highly preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
