Maintenance

We are hiring a Maintenance worker to perform various maintenance duties, including light appliance repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting, groundskeeping, and janitorial tasks. As a team participant, you will work closely with management to maintain a clean, safe, and appealing property.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record
• Current auto insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work with heavy equipment
