Technical Analyst (ECM) (Saudi Arabia)

A leading Talent Acquisition Company in Saudi Arabia is looking for a skilled Technical Analyst specializing in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) to join our team.

Requirements

• Analyze business requirements by conducting information-gathering sessions with users, analyzing the information and being able to document an accurate understanding of their business requirements and mapping of those to SAP business processes
• Implementation of ECM and its integration with the concerned systems
• Post go live support and handling of any enhancements and issues
• Handling of daily users’ issues of business users
• Providing training in ECM for various roles in the business
• Training to other junior consultants to handle SAP [CM
• Conceptualizing, designing, and implementing enterprise-wide system architectures for ECM deployments
• Designing and developing new applications, forms, reports, and workflows leveraging OpenText Content Server
• Building and modifying OpenText Content Server workflows, forms, reports, and custom taxonomy/metadata
• Collaborating on requirements and solution design
• Providing estimates and preparing technical specification based on understanding of functional specifications
• Designing and coding based on development standards and approaches
• Performing development quality checks
• Implementation experience with capture(OCR) related technology
