Technical Analyst (ECM) (Saudi Arabia)

A leading Talent Acquisition Company in Saudi Arabia is looking for a skilled Technical Analyst specializing in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) to join our team.

Requirements

• Analyze business requirements by conducting information-gathering sessions with users, analyzing the information and being able to document an accurate understanding of their business requirements and mapping of those to SAP business processes
• Implement [CM and its integration with the concerned systems
• Provide post go live support and handling of any enhancements and issues
• Handle daily users’ issues of business users
• Provide training in ECM for various roles in the business
• Conceptualize, design and implement enterprise-wide system architectures for [CM deployments
• Design and develop new applications, forms, reports, workflows leveraging OpenText Content Server
• Build and modify OpenText Content Server workflows, forms, reports, and custom taxonomy/metadata according to specifications
• Collaborate on requirements and solution design
• Provide estimates and prepare technical specification based on understanding of functional specifications
• Design and code based on development standards and approaches
• Perform development quality checks
• Implementation experience with capture(OCR) related technology
