Technical Analyst (ECM) (Saudi Arabia)

A leading Talent Acquisition Company in Saudi Arabia is looking for a skilled Technical Analyst specializing in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing technical solutions that align with our ECM strategies and enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our content management processes.

Requirements

• Analyze business requirements by conducting information-gathering sessions with users, analyzing the information and being able to document an accurate understanding of their business requirements and mapping of those to SAP business processes
• Implement ECM and its integration with the concerned systems
• Provide post go live support and handle any enhancements and issues
• Handle daily users' issues of business users
• Provide training in ECM for various roles in the business
• Provide training to other junior consultants to handle SAP ECM
• Conceptualize, design and implement enterprise-wide system architectures for ECM deployments
• Design and develop new applications, forms, reports, workflows leveraging OpenText Content Server
• Collaborate on requirements and solution design
• Provide estimates and prepare technical specification based on understanding of functional specifications
• Design and code based on development standards and approaches
• Perform development quality checks
• Implementation experience with capture(OCR) related technology
