- Exposure to food and beverage, confectionery, or pharmaceutical industries
- Ability to bring industry contacts, networks, and end-user relationships
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability to identify opportunities and develop business
- Experience developing new sales lines from the ground up
- Technical aptitude with the ability to understand equipment and applications
- Experience building and scaling channel partners, reseller or distributor networks
