Job Description
ERM is seeking a Principal Consultant, Auditor – EHS Regulatory Compliance and Management Systems to lead audits, develop strategies, and drive innovation for EHS programs. As a trusted advisor, you will shape EHS strategies for global organizations and drive measurable change in industries that matter.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental, sustainability, health & safety science, engineering, or related discipline
- 6+ years of EHS experience in consulting or industry, ideally with exposure in Canada and internationally
- Proven ability to assess EHS management systems across high-hazard sectors
- Strong understanding of Canadian EHS regulatory requirements
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to manage complex projects independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
- Valid driver's license required
