We are looking for a Store Manager

We are looking for a Store Manager to oversee our shop in the Hackeschen Höfen. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the business and will have a strong interest in design and manufacture.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and sales advice
• Manage the inventory and stock levels
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions and inventory
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers and suppliers
• Supervise and organize the team

Requirements:

• Experience in retail, preferably in the context of design and art
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Proficiency in English and German
