We are looking for a Support Center Analyst I to provide in-depth support for our MDR offerings, work cross-functionally to escalate issues, and take ownership of ensuring all work is completed thoroughly and accurately.
Requirements
- Providing first contact resolution phone support
- Handling customer enquiries and internal cases
- Supporting a range of eSentire MDR offerings
- Troubleshooting client inquiries/issues
- Escalating issues to Tier-2 support teams
