ESR Group is a leading real asset management group that provides investors with various public and private real asset investments and solutions. The company is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive, Retail Marketing to join their team in Singapore.
Requirements
- Make cold calls and establish contacts with prospective tenants
- Negotiate leases for new leases and renewals favourably
- Conduct due diligence on prospective tenants
- Prepare approval papers for confirmed offers and/or lease variations
- Process letter offers, lease agreements, and other lease documentation
