Strategy & Ops Associate (Expansion)

Eucalyptus is behind Juniper, one of the world’s largest weight-management programs combining GLP-1 medication with personalised nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care. Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times. We are seeking a Strategy & Ops Associate to join our international expansion team.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years experience working in a high pressure environment such as law, consulting (MBB preferred) or investment banking or 3+ years working as an operator, preferably in a recent high-growth startup.
• Commercial modelling: ability to build a commercial model from scratch, make assumptions explicit, and defend them.
• Business understanding & due diligence: ability to quickly grasp what makes a market successful for Eucalyptus, what the unit economics depend on, and how different markets compare.
• Due diligence: ability to research a new market independently and produce a clear, structured answer.
• Negotiation: real commercial conversations with partners, suppliers, pharma companies, and moving them forward.
• Project management: running complex cross-functional workstreams with real accountability.
• Communication: writing tight investment theses and clear slide decks.
• Founder mindset: operating like a founder and enjoying the hustle of getting things done, resilience and ownership - when something breaks, fix it, don't wait for others.
• Data & SQL: comfortable getting own answers from data - writing SQL queries, building dashboards, and stress-testing own assumptions without waiting for an analyst to do it for you.
