Job Description
The Customer Service Manager manages and develops relationships with key clients, optimizes administrative processes, and contributes to the development of the Belgian Sales plan.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in service management and/or customer relationship management
- Strong organizational skills and ability to provide direction to the team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient English language
- ITIL foundation, Prince or equivalent (desirable)
- Proven experience in continuous improvement activity
- Proven experience in managing solutions for big and complex customers
- Solid financial acumen
