Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 2-4 years of human resources experience or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or related field and 0-2 years’ human resources experience
- Experience in an office/professional setting
- HRIS experience, preferably with Oracle HCM
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications with intermediate or advanced MS Excel proficiency
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
- Experience working with HR shared services preferred
