Job Description
Join us as an Analyst ServiceNow Engineer to help configure and support IRM, BCM, and compliance modules. You'll work with senior developers to build workflows, maintain risk and compliance data, and support users across the business.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with ServiceNow IRM/BCM/GRC is a plus
- Basic understanding of risk or compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR)
- Experience supporting testing or documentation activities
- Basic data analysis skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and user-support skills
