Job Description
Weâre hiring an Analyst ServiceNow Quality Engineer to help build and test automated solutions across our enterprise platform. In this role, youâll develop Automated Test Framework (ATF) test cases, support platform enhancements, and work closely with senior engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience.
- Exposure to ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
- Basic understanding of ITOM concepts like Discovery and Service Mapping.
- Experience supporting day-to-to platform activities or workflow testing.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes.
- Ability to follow technical guidelines and work with senior engineers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow reporting tools and basic dashboard creation.
- Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript, UI policies, business rules).
- Strong communication skills and readiness to support users.
