Requirements
- Minimum 2 years previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a quality establishment

- Good attitude and ability to work smartly with high standards of hygiene
- Leadership and teaching skills to lead a team
- Previous experience in a quality, fast-paced kitchen
