Job Description
Job description summary: This is a full-time remote position for a Customer Service - Social Security Intake Agent. The agent will be responsible for providing great customer service and assisting potential clients with their Social Security benefits. They will work from home and be required to have a quiet area with basic essentials, personal high-speed internet service, and meet the specified requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- 2 years of previous high-volume call center experience
- 2 years of experience using an auto dialer software
- Excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, interpersonal, customer service, and attention to detail skills
- Ability to sit for a long period of time
