Job Description
We are seeking a Remote Representation Specialist to guide potential clients through the representation forms process for social security disability benefits and/or veterans disability benefits.
Requirements
- Answer calls on auto dialer from potential clients
- Patiently explain the documents to the clients
- Walk the clients through the process of how to electronically sign documents via text and email
- Document the calls accordingly so that our phone system can dial the next call
