
Job description
As an Implementation Specialist, you will onboard new customers to the EverHealth platform, providing training and consulting to ensure a smooth transition. You will work with customers to develop their skills and confidence in using the software. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in healthcare tech and onboarding/implementation roles.
Host webinar training sessions, serve as the main point of contact for customers, manage onboarding projects, respond to customer inquiries, and identify and escalate priority issues.
This role is a great fit for someone with a strong bedside manner, excellent communication skills, and experience in healthcare tech. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic customer base and develop your skills as a product specialist.
