Acquisitions Associate

The Acquisitions Associate will lead the sourcing, underwriting, and structuring of investments for Evergreen’s Attainable Housing investment strategy. This strategy focuses on acquiring, preserving, and managing affordable and attainable housing for working households while delivering strong risk-adjusted returns for investors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Urban Planning, or relevant field
• 2-5+ years of experience in real estate investments, private equity, development, or finance
• Experience with market rate housing or affordable housing financing structure is a plus
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Advanced financial modeling and underwriting skills
• Experience with deal negotiation and deal structuring
• Ability to manage multiple investments and stakeholders
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Knowledge of affordable housing policy and financing programs at plus
• Strategic thinking and market insight
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Impact-oriented investing mindset
