Job Description
The Acquisitions Associate supports the acquisitions team in performing financial analysis for prospective and existing investments, market research and acquisition due diligence as well as handling various special projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in the real estate investment sector
- Excellent real estate financial modeling skills
- Proficiency in ARGUS (DCF and Enterprise), MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
