Job Description
Plans, develops, and evaluates the Hospice Grief and Bereavement Program, develops bereavement plans of care, and coordinates implementation of those plans. Collaborates with Hospice Volunteer Coordinators to train and support bereavement volunteers. Responsible for training, education, and development of educational materials related to grief and bereavement.
