Customer Support Specialist I

Everlaw is looking for a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join their Customer Support team. The successful candidate will provide world-class customer support, answer client questions, and help clients use the Everlaw platform. The role requires a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer support experience in software or legal technology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management tools such as Zendesk and/or Salesforce is a plus
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies
