We are looking for an Organizational Design Lead to ensure the preservation of growth rates, organize the organizational structure and decision-making processes, and bring the organizational model into line with international standards. The role involves direct impact on the company's scaling and requires 5+ years of experience in organizational design, management consulting, operational transformations, or company scaling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in organizational design, management consulting, operational transformations, or company scaling
• Practical experience working with companies of 1000+ employees
• Deep understanding of organizational structures, matrix and product models, governance and decision rights
