Job Description
Sales Manager Specialist responsible for supporting Area Vice Presidents, General Managers, and Sales Counselors in sales management duties, including staffing, training, and event execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years in sales management role
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
- Experience working within a matrix organization
- Multi-site management and prioritization
- Proven track record for obtaining business results
- Analytic ability and independent judgment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to effectively use PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and CRM
