Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 8+ years of hands-on electrical engineering experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Professional Engineering (PE) License in Alabama (preferred)
- Proven expertise with power distribution systems (480V–12.47kV), preventive maintenance, and power quality assessments
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards (Arc Flash, Lockout/Tagout)
- Experience managing budgets, contractors, and engineering teams
- Familiarity with SCADA systems, power meters, and relay programming
- Leadership skills with the ability to influence, train, and inspire others
