The role focuses on reactivating partners, increasing contract GGR, and ensuring long-term client engagement through effective post-launch performance management and commercial alignment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management, retention, or client success (B2B environment)
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive commercial outcomes
• Experience in the iGaming industry is a strong advantage
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify performance gaps and opportunities
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
• Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented approach
• Fluent English
