Requirements
- Solid experience working in Sweepstakes or Social Casino (Must)
- At least 5 years working in CRM or Retention in online gaming industry
- Experience working at a Senior Manager level
- Clear understanding of how to group players by behaviour and manage their full lifecycle
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working directly with data
- Comfortable using CRM platforms like Optimove, Salesforce, Braze, Fast Track, or similar tools
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoke
- Ability to excel in a fastâmoving environment and adapt to evolving business needs
