Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Quantitative Biomarker Sciences to lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for transforming discovery and clinical biomarker data into decision-driving evidence. The role will oversee biomarker data modelling, establish QSP models, and develop AI/ML approaches for tissue image analytics.
Requirements
- Define and execute the Quantitative Biomarker Sciences (QBS) strategy across programs
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of scientists and technical specialists
- Establish standards and governance for biomarker data modelling and model lifecycle management
- Develop and evaluate AI/ML pipelines for IHC/ISH image analytics
- Oversee integrative analyses connecting platforms and multiple biomarkers with clinical outcomes
- Serve as the principal QBS counterpart to Pharmacometrics, Clinical Development, Biostatistics, Pathology, AI/ML, and in silico modelling teams
- Provide clear, decision-oriented communications and visualizations to study teams, governance, and external partners
