QT Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join their team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional guest service, process transactions, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
- Anticipate and attend to guest needs and desires immediately
- Check guests in and out efficiently and with friendliness
- Process daily guest transactions and accounts accurately
- Work with Housekeeping, Reservations, and Maintenance departments
- Communicate guest special requests and follow up to ensure fulfillment
- Action guest messages and facsimiles promptly
- Communicate pertinent guest comments to Hotel management
- Participate in theoretical and on-the-job training sessions
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Comply with hotel operational policies and procedures
- Practice workplace health and safety guidelines
- Adhere to cashiering policies and procedures
- Ensure protection and maintenance of operating equipment
- Complete assigned opening and closing duties
- Give assistance to telephonists and back office personnel when required
- Attend all scheduled meetings
