Job Description
Act as the main point of contact between customers and the company, process orders and customer requests, and maintain customer accounts.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Communications, or a related field
- At least 2–3 years of relevant Customer Service experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Knowledge of SAP or Oracle systems is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain diplomatic under pressure
- Good administrative and organizational skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, resourceful, independent, and a strong team player
- Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills
