Job Description
Excelitas is a global technology leader seeking a Production and Service Supervisor II to support the Manufacturing Manager in coordinating production activities and supervising the Technical Service team. The role ensures production schedules, service repairs, and customer commitments are met by effectively managing resources, resolving technical issues, and maintaining clear communication across teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably electronics manufacturing) with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory position
- College or university degree in operations management or related field
- Working experience with an MRP system
- Computer literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Experience in manufacturing, production management, production planning, or supporting manufacturing production planning process
- Knowledge of planning, scheduling and forecasting principles
- Experience in leading a team and conflict resolution
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a diverse workforce
- Ability to work in fast changing environment
- Ability to work under pressure
