Exoticca is a pioneering online travel agency seeking a B2B Travel Advisor Support to assist with product-related inquiries, offer personalized travel solutions, and help convert quotes into confirmed bookings.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset and proactive attitude.
- Previous experience in sales, travel industry, customer service, or a related field is required.
- Knowledge of GDS systems (preferably Amadeus) is desirable.
