We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable seller to spearhead the growth of our new AI CTRL services. This role is unique because you aren't limited to just one lead source. You will apply three distinct sales motions to close deals.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, SDR/BDR, customer success, or related customer-facing roles
- Demonstrated ability to prospect and qualify leads or support sales activities (cold outreach, follow-ups, discovery calls)
- Basic familiarity with AI, machine learning, or cloud technology concepts and a clear eagerness to deepen technical knowledge quickly
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable participating in demos and customer meetings with guidance from senior team members
- Experience using a CRM to track activity and opportunities (Salesforce experience is a plus but not required)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and follow sales processes for forecasting and reporting
- Team-oriented and coachable—able to work effectively with marketing, channel partners, and field sales
- Self-motivated, persistent, and focused on building a career in technology sales
