The Experience Senior Living Team is looking for a Lead Resident Services Associate to join their team. Responsibilities include serving as a point of contact for residents, families, and staff, coordinating services, and maintaining security and cleanliness of the community.
Requirements
- Experience as a Concierge or customer service role
- 1-2 years of working with seniors
- Ability to use independent judgement and discretion
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and technology
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
