We are looking to hire a Senior Human Resources Specialist for one of our clients based in Dubai, under Federal Government Entity United Arab Emirates. The role oversees employee relations activities and supports a positive and compliant work environment.
Requirements
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from hiring request to onboarding.
- Draft and publish job advertisements through approved channels.
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct interviews and prepare evaluation reports.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
- Prepare job offers using approved templates.
- Ensure completion and accuracy of employee files.
- Maintain recruitment databases with confidentiality.
- Handle employee relations matters including inquiries and grievances.
- Support disciplinary and compliance procedures.
- Prepare periodic HR and recruitment reports.
- Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
- Draft HR policies, procedures, and internal communications.
- Manage and process employee data through the Bayanati system.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of employee records and updates.
- Handle government-related HR transactions in compliance with UAE regulations.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities for employee documentation and approvals.
