We are seeking a Senior Specialist – Employees Performance and Development to lead the development and implementation of employee training, performance, and development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Arabic Language (Native or Bilingual) is mandatory
• Proven experience within a ministerial or federal government environment.
• Hands-on experience with the Bayanati system is required.
