Lead - Hardware Design (Power Electronics)

Lead Hardware Team to define and build the Hardware Team for Exponent, responsible for engineering, quality, hiring, and team building, with a focus on taking products from concepts to production.

Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of experience in product development with successful product cycles
• Experience of taking 2 to 3 products from concepts to production (Design, Analysis, and DFX)
• Experience in leading and building a product development team
• Hands-on experience in working with cross-functional aspects of a hardware product - Like Mechanical packaging, Firmware development, Thermal design, Costing, etc
• Experience in creating Efficient teams
