We are hiring a high-impact, ownership-minded Territory Sales Manager to drive rapid expansion of our EV charging infrastructure across Delhi–NCR.
Requirements
- Lead generation through cold calls, extensive field visits, and engagement with real-estate networks to build a healthy pipeline
- Understand area-specific challenges and network urgency while scouting locations; prepare PDCA plans to meet targets within stringent timelines
- Negotiate with landlords on scope of work, agreement tenure, rentals, security deposits, and annual increments and Execute rental and service agreements as per central legal requirements
- Ensure timely payment of power and rental bills to avoid operational downtime
- Maintain relationships with existing landlords / epump partners to ensure uninterrupted operations
