
Job description
The Business Development Representative is responsible for driving lead generation and qualification while providing comprehensive sales support across early-stage pipeline activities. This role leverages CRM systems and analytics to identify customer opportunities, ensure accurate lead routing, and maintain compliance with internal sales processes.
Own lead generation and qualification efforts, driving early-stage pipeline through outbound outreach and CRM based insights. Identify opportunities within assigned accounts and schedule sales activities, exercising sound judgment and occasionally adapting from standard practices when appropriate.
This role requires strong time management, customer focus, and the ability to coordinate complex activities with diverse internal stakeholders, including sales, finance, legal, and go to market teams. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in business development, sales development, inside sales, or a related customer facing role.
