Requirements

• Supervise all production-related activities, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Manage resources efficiently for production, including raw materials, labor, equipment, and budget, to ensure continuity of operations.
• Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure that final products meet established quality and safety standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and work on implementing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure effective coordination throughout the supply chain and meet production and commercialization goals.
